With over 30 years of experience as a Realtor,
Sales Manager, and Regional Developer, Mr.
Scoble has a vast knowledge of the real
estate and mortgage industries.Mr. Scoble has directed operations
at Avalar since its inception in 1999.In 2003, Avalar moved its national
headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Since April 1999, Mr. Hubbard has served as a sales
and business consultant to Avalar Network, Inc.
He became our Director of Business Development in
March 2002. During that period, he was also
employed by CPS as a sales and investment consultant.
From June 1991 until he joined CPS and Avalar, Mr.
Hubbard was a sales and investment consultant with
Coldwell Banker and Prudential California Realty
in Santa Rosa, California.
William A. Ryan, better known as Bill Ryan has been in Real Estate since 1977.
He began his real estate career as a sales person with Fox and Lazo Realtors. He then went on to be the managing broker and Vice Presiden of Prudential Fox. He was also the managing broker and Partner at a Keller Williams office. Bill has extensive teaching experience in real estate. He has worked with various professional real estate organizations. Bill Ryan is the Broker Owner of 3 Avalar offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2005. Bill is now the Eastern States Sales Representative for Avalar.
