CORPORATE EVENT TRAINING
Once a franchise is purchased, Avalar provides a one-day orientation program at its corporate headquarters in Las Vegas. In this orientation a franchisee and their administrative staff will receive training on all policies and procedures as an Avalar franchise as well as a wealth of information on all the resources (training, marketing, vendor partnerships, intranet, recruiting, etc) available to them as Avalar franchisees.
Additionally, throughout the year Avalar provides additional courses, seminars, skill sessions, conferences, conventions and meetings for owners, brokers, agents and employees. |
